Brian Spradlin leads Rocrich’s dynamic team of mobile automation professionals. Through strategic collaboration with businesses across North America, Brian’s team empowers their clients to harness the potential of mobile warehouse automation, driving heightened productivity and operational efficiency.

Prior to his current role, he had operational and product development leadership roles at other global automation companies. That, along with his experience in engineering and business leadership contributes to his multifaceted understanding of the industry.

Brian holds a BS degree in engineering from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in management from Johns Hopkins University.

Kim brings 15 years of experience aligning business and HR strategies to drive overall growth to Rocrich. Before joining the team, Kim worked in the energy, legal and medical fields for companies like Symmetry Energy Solutions, Appellate Advocates and National Grid.

Kim earned both her BA in communications, public relations and her executive master’s degree in human resources development from the University of Houston.

Colin Hutchings is responsible for solution development for Rocrich AGV Solutions. He previously served as manager of automation engineering with MCJ Supply Chain Solutions and warehouse product consultant with Logisnext Americas. Colin also has experience in direct and dealership sales.

Colin earned his degree in economics at the University of Connecticut.

Brian Markison is responsible for sales and marketing for Rocrich AGV Solutions. He previously served as senior manager of national accounts, director of North America sales, and senior director of sales and marketing for UniCarriers Forklifts. Prior to joining UniCarriers Forklift in 2008, he spent over two decades working at material handling and over-the-road truck dealerships.

Brian earned his BS in finance and his MAS in accounting from Northern Illinois University.

Josh Puckett is the Director of System Implementation and Support at Rocrich AGV Solutions, bringing 15 years of experience in materials handling and automation to the company’s success. Prior to joining Rocrich, he served as Director of Operations at MCJ Supply Chain Solutions and held leadership roles at Diligent Delivery Systems, McKesson, and ALK-Abelló.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain management from the University of Houston-Downtown. Josh combines his academic foundation and operational expertise to advance system implementation and support strategies at Rocrich.

Necia has over 16 years of experience in the material handling industry and 27 years of experience in accounting. She helped manage finances for industries like commercial real estate and airlines before bringing her talents to Rocrich’s parent company Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas.

Necia has both a master’s in information technology from Roosevelt University and a master’s in business administration from Bombay University.

John has over 10 years’ experience in automation and project management. Before coming to Rocrich, he worked exclusively for Jungheinrich, first as a technical sales project engineer, then as a project manager, a deputy head of technical sales and finally as the North American very-narrow aisles (VNA) team leader.

John earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and engineering for transport and communications and a master’s in industrial engineering for material flow and logistics, both from the University of Applied Sciences Erfurt (Germany).
