OUR SOLUTIONS

Point to Point

Point to Point / Floor to Floor

Point-to-point (or floor-to-floor) AGV transports refers to moving a load horizontally from point A to point B off the floor. The ability to do this safely, effectively and promptly is incredibly important, and automating these features will increase your efficiency somewhat.

Stacking

Stacking

Stacking refers to using mobile robots to stack flat-top loads on the floor for storage or staging. The majority of stacking happens as loads are stacked for storage or when they are being staged for outbound shipping. Humans stacking loads can often cause damage to the goods or equipment, as imprecision in load placement leads of stacks being slightly offset.

Pick & Place

Pick & Place from Conveyor

Conveyors are ubiquitous in material flow. Having a stable system to move goods from one place to another is an absolute necessity. However, this strength can also be a potential problem because they are mounted to the floor.

Towing

Towing

Tow tractors (or tuggers) are the oldest AGVs in existence, tracing their roots back to the 1963. Typically , tow tractors are used in a few different ways: they can be loaded with raw materials or parts for delivery to the production line; they can carry away finished products for palletization and shipping or they can be used for milk runs to transport things along regular delivery routes.

Racking

Racking

Racking, or pallet racking, is a materials handling solution designed to store palletized goods on metal racks. A simple enough idea, but the applications can be wildly different. There are multiple varieties of racking, each with their own use case, and finding the right solution for your operation is a significant and important task—one that requires both flexibility and expertise to ensure you have a racking system that is a source of efficiency in your overall workflows, not an obstacle to success.

Very Narrow Aisle

Very Narrow Aisle

Very narrow aisles (VNA) AGV applications are intended to help operations maximize space. In this case, the aisles between racks are as narrow as possible (as low as 72 inches), allowing for more pallet positions overall in a facility.

Clamping Applications

Clamping Applications

Clamping is the use of AGVs to move loads that by their nature are better handled by clamps. You need a team of automation specialists who understand your challenges and are ready with proven technology to help you achieve your business goals and meet your specific needs.

Industries We Serve

Third Party Logistics

While the needs of a 3PL’s individual customers will be dramatically different, some aspects of logistics do not change, and one of those is the need for pallet throughput.

Food & Beverage

The food and beverage (F&B) industry encompasses a wide variety of activities essential to feeding society.

Warehousing

Warehousing is the storage and retrieval of goods, typically for distribution to another location, either on-site (as in manufacturing) or off-site (as in order fulfillment).

Manufacturing

Manufacturers take raw materials and transform them into finished goods. AGVs are useful tools at almost every stage of the material flow in manufacturing.

Paper & Board

The paper and cardboard industry refers to any company that uses pulpwood as a raw material to create paper, cardboard or other cellulose material.

Tires

The process of manufacturing tires is on an upward trajectory of complexity, as technology allows tire companies to create safer, smarter and more durable tires.
