Rocrich offers local support for our customers—no matter where they’re located. We have an extensive network of 460 support locations to provide quick, on-site service. We also have five North American parts distribution centers maintaining a stock to support our projects.

Rocrich System Support Options

The best piece of mind you can buy for your mobile robots is a Rocrich Service Contract. There are three levels of service:

  • Remote diagnostics

  • Annual maintenance audit
  • Email support for non-urgent issues

Basic
