Rapid Simulation

Rocrich’s rapid simulation tool can determine how many AGVs your operation would require to automate your processes, as well as how they would move
through your facility.

To do so, we require a DWG (warehouse drawing file) that identifies the
material flow, including:

• Pick up locations
• Destinations
• Type of pick-up and drop-off locations (i.e. floor, rack, conveyor)

With this information, the load unit specifications and the number of required movements per hour, we can provide a simulation in around 24 hours—and we would be happy to schedule a virtual meeting to discuss our results.
