Rocrich AGV Solutions LLC (“Rocrich”) has established this Privacy Policy for Rocrich, its group companies and their respective businesses.

Privacy; Confidentiality
Rocrich’s policy is to protect the confidentiality of the individually identifiable information that you provide and to limit access to that information to only those with a need to know. If you choose to create an account, apply for a job, complete certain forms, or send us requests, you may be asked to provide the following information: full name, the name of the company you work for, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, cell phone number, and/or e-mail address so that Rocrich may offer products and services to you, review job applicant information, provide customer support, improve our products and services, comply with certain legal obligations, comply with certain administrative requirements, or to reorganize or make changes to our businesses. In addition, for job applicants, we may also collect Social Security Number, date of birth, and optional self-identification information such as race, gender, veteran status and disability status, for the purpose of performing background checks, performing employment eligibility verification, and issuing pre-employment assessment tests for to certain applicants. Finally, we may also collect your dealer ID, your job title and general geolocation (local internet service provider hub) so that we may offer products and services to you, provide customer support, improve our products and services, comply with certain legal obligations, comply with certain administrative requirements, or to reorganize or make changes to our businesses.
Information Collected from Other Sources
Rocrich may also acquire personal information from other sources who have the right to provide such information to Rocrich. For example, Rocrich may acquire address information from these sources to validate or update your address or to prevent fraud; demographic and lifestyle information to help Rocrich analyze our business’s performance or improve the Services; and information about your online and offline transactions and purchases to help Rocrich analyze or improve the Services. Rocrich receives personal information, such as your name and email address, from business partners when you participate in joint marketing promotions, events, transactions, or similar interactions with third parties with whom Rocrich has a joint venture or similar business relationship. The categories of sources that provide personal information to Rocrich include consumers themselves; data analytics providers; advertising networks; social networks; data brokers; operating systems and platforms; co-branded ventures; and our affiliated and related entities. Rocrich uses collected information consistent with this Privacy Policy and for the purposes described below.
Third party information providers often have their own privacy policies and methods to permit you to opt out of data sharing. For example, we may obtain information from ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo collects business contact and similar information related to individuals when they are working in their professional or employment capacity and uses this information to create professional profiles of individuals and profiles of businesses. ZoomInfo provides this information to its customers, who are businesses trying to reach business professionals for their own business-to-business sales, marketing, and recruiting activities. You can opt out of ZoomInfo’s database by visiting its Privacy Center.
Categories with Whom Rocrich Shares Personal Information
Rocrich may disclose personally identifiable information you provide to third parties if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary: (a) to complete sales transactions, such as providing your shipping information to our carrier; (b) to comply with legal process; (c) to enforce an agreement; (d) to respond to claims that any information you provide violates the rights of third parties; (e) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Rocrich group, its users and/or the public; or (f) in relation to the sale, assignment, transfer or acquisition of all or substantially all of Rocrich’s or any of its group company assets or shares to or by a third party.
Policy
Rocrich’s policy is to prohibit the unlawful disclosure of your personal information. Rocrich will endeavor not to release your name or otherwise publicize the fact that you provided other information to us unless: (a) you grant Rocrich permission to do so; or (b) Rocrich is requested or required to do so by law.
Aggregated/Deidentified Data
Rocrich may aggregate or de-identify any personal data that we collect in connection with our services, such that the information is no longer personally identifiable or attributable to you. Rocrich may use such aggregated information for our own legitimate business purposes without restriction.
Computer Information
Rocrich logs your current Internet address (this is usually a temporary address assigned by your Internet service provider when you log in), the type of operating system you are using, and the type of browser software used. In addition, Rocrich may keep track of what portions of the website you are visiting. Rocrich aggregates this information to help Rocrich improve or create a better experience for users of the website. For example: Rocrich may upgrade those parts of the website that are heavily visited.
Our website automatically records website usage information that we analyze statistically to track operational problems, to prevent fraud and to improve the effectiveness, security and integrity of the website. We do not use this information to track or record information about individuals. We will disclose this information to third parties only as may be required by law. For each page that you visit, we collect and store the following technical information in what is called a web server log file:
• Date and time of access
• URL address of the Rocrich webpage visited
• Internet domain and IP address from which our website was accessed
• Type of browser and operating system used to access our website (if provided by the browser)
• URL address of the referring page (if provided by the browser)
• General geolocation (local internet service provider hub)
• Completion or success status of the request for a web page or other on-line item
• File size of the webpage visited
For the purpose of enabling better website design and a better user experience, we employ Google Analytics (a web service by Google, Inc.) to track website traffic and provide aggregate reports of how the public interacts with our website. Session cookies are employed by Google Analytics in the form of client-side JavaScript code. In utilizing this analytics service, Rocrich maintains its existing standards in regards to the sharing and disclosure of information, security and privacy safeguards for the data and the data retention policy, each described below. Google Analytics analyzes website usage information automatically upon visits to the Rocrich website(s). Users who do not wish to have their visit information collected by Google Analytics may opt-out by downloading a browser extension or by disabling cookies in their browser settings. Opting out of web measurements will still permit users to access the full Rocrich website, with all included information and functionality.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of information that a website sends to your computer that is stored in a file on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie does not tell us your individual identity unless you have chosen to provide it to us. Most cookies expire after a defined period of time.
- “Session” cookies are temporary bits of information that are used to improve website navigation, block website visitors from providing information where inappropriate and to collect aggregate statistical information on a website. These cookies are erased once you exit your Web browser or otherwise turn off your computer.
- “Persistent” cookies are more permanent bits of information that are placed on the hard drive of your computer and stay there until you delete the cookie. - We and our service providers may also use so-called “pixel tags”, “web beacons”, “clear GIFs” or similar technologies in connection with some website pages and HTML-formatted email messages to, among other things: track the online activity of website users and email recipients (including activity on other websites); determine the success of marketing campaigns; and compile aggregate statistics about website usage and response rates.

The preceding paragraphs describe the categories of personally identifiable information that Rocrich collects in this website.
Tracking
Rocrich will recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC). Rocrich will respond to most Web browser “do not track” signals. If you would like additional information about online tracking and various opt-out mechanisms, please see https://youradchoices.com/.
Because we link to social media sites, and from time to time may include third-party advertisements, other parties may collect your personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit the website.
In addition, we use Google AdWords, so we are advertising the website online through a form of tracking called remarketing, Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on various websites across the Internet, and use cookies to serve you ads based on your past visits to the website. You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads Settings https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that not all tracking will stop even if you delete cookies.
Keep in mind that there is no such thing as perfect security.
Sale of Information
Rocrich has not sold personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding 12 months. Rocrich does not sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.
Limitation of Liability.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ROCRICH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE FROM A CLAIM OF BREACH OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, or $5, whichever is less.
Process for Review and Changes
Given the limited information collected and the form in which Rocrich receives it, Rocrich does not offer a process for review and changes to personal information, except as required by law. For California residents and Texas Consumers, please see “Your California Resident and Texas Consumer Privacy Rights” section below.
Children and Minors
Rocrich makes no active effort to collect personal information from children under the age of 18 and does not wish to receive any such information.
General
Rocrich reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion and without sending notice to you.
The effective date of this Privacy Policy and any revised versions is set forth below. Any changes will be effective only after the effective date of the revision and will not affect any dispute arising prior to the effective date of the revision.
Applicable laws may give you additional rights that are not described in the Privacy Policy.
