Jungheinrich System Architecture
Jungheinrich’s system architecture creates a complete ecosystem that connects all your peripherals (i.e. conveyors, fire doors, etc.), AGVs and your WMS/high-level host system by acting as a communications interface. It does this through the Jungheinrich Logistics Interface.
Logistics Interface
Our Logistics Interface software is designed to seamlessly integrate with hundreds of end-user host systems and warehouse management systems (WMS). With tailored functionality and programming by our in-house software engineer team, you can effortlessly monitor, create and manage orders.
Smaller warehouses without a WMS still benefit, as the logistics interface ensures optimized truck control and more efficient warehouse processes, from paperless goods receipt processes and autonomous item management for lift and carousel systems to our intelligent assistance systems.
You are able are able to monitor the overall fleet and visualize your order processing via our dashboard.
AGV Solutions
Auto Charging
Experience reliable, hands-free automatic charging for your vehicles with our Li-Ion battery solution. The system monitors battery status and sends charge orders to trucks, which then travel to and dock with the charger station automatically.
AutoVNA
The Jungheinrich AutoVNA solution (linktopage) provides high-performance, fully automated Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) applications. It serves as a mid-to-high performance alternative to automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), with one vehicle capable of serving multiple aisles. The system also allows for manual intervention in emergency situations and supports 24/7 operation with bus bar charging.
