How we obtain the personal data about you

We may collect or receive your personal data in a number of different ways:

Retention

We retain data in accordance with our record retention program. The criteria used to determine retention periods include: (i) the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide the goods or services to you; (ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject; or (iii) whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as in regard to the enforcement of the Site Terms of Use, applicable statutes of limitations, litigation or regulatory investigations). The time periods listed above are based on the longest period we need to keep a category of company records that may contain this category of personal information.
